All products are packaged in 5 gallon plastic pails and contain 35 pounds net weight. The pails are then filled with brine and salt then sealed with a cover. Once the products are packed into the pails, refrigeration is not necessary.

Product must be kept out of direct sunlight. The shelf life of the products is easily 6 months.
